By using the OPUS en ligne website and performing any transit fare transactions, you agree to the following terms and conditions of use.
These conditions constitute all the rights and obligations binding the STM, the Authorities and any users of this website. No spoken or written statement made by an employee or administrator of the STM or any Authority, or by any other person, will have the effect of modifying or substituting for these conditions.

The Content of this website is published in good faith, as-is and with no warranties or claims of any nature, express or implied, to the extent authorized by the laws in effect. Unless otherwise stated, all currency amounts indicated on this website are expressed in Canadian dollars (CAD).
3. Privacy statement
The STM and the Authorities are committed to applying responsible practices aimed at protecting your personal data.

3.1.1 In operating the OPUS en ligne website, the STM, the Authorities and/or their agents or representatives may collect, use and divulge personal information about the website’s users for the purpose of processing transactions carried out by said users.
